When I import products on your marketplace from certain the suppliers the supplier shows up as tiktok. Why is that. Then the order doesn't go through saying it is not one of your suppliers. I'm confused. Now I look at a lot of my products and they all have TikTok as the supplier. How is that possible? i'm loosing a lot of money because of this. Please explain to me how in need to properly import products from amazon, shein , and a lot of the other suppliers on the market place section.
