Stock Quantity for each country

AutoDS should detect the Stock Quantity/ Availability on the supplier's website and mark "in stock" or "out of stock" for all countries differently. E.G. in stock for Germany, but not in stock for U.S. ➔ so AutoDS should say "available" for Germany, and "out of stock" for U.S. instead of available for all countries (or unavailable for all countries.)

I use amazon FR stock to deliver to Switzerland. AutoDS tells me that the products are available, because for France they are, but for delivery to Switzerland, they are not available.
I'd like to be able to define the target countries so that I can be informed of the actual availability of the products.
What happens if a customer orders a product that they see is available when it isn't?
The order will be validated, but what about delivery??
So we'll have to reimburse all customers who order products that are falsely available???
