“Ship to Country” individually for each product

Instead of chose "Ship to Country" globally for each supplier (e.g. AliExpress ships to Germany), AutoDS should have the option "This Product ships to country to Germany", another product from AliExpress to U.S. That helps with "out of stock" or "available" product for each country.

I use amazon FR stock to deliver to Switzerland. AutoDS tells me that the products are available, because for France they are, but for delivery to Switzerland, they are not available.
I'd like to be able to define the target countries so that I can be informed of the actual availability of the products.
What happens if a customer orders a product that they see is available when it isn't?
The order will be validated, but what about delivery??
So we'll have to reimburse all customers who order products that are falsely available???
