Request for Cancellation and Refund – AutoDS Plan

Dear AutoDS Support Team,

I am contacting you because I accidentally purchased an AutoDS plan for an amount of approximately €500.

After testing the service, I have found that it does not work properly in my case and does not meet my expectations, so I do not wish to continue with the plan.

For this reason, I am formally requesting:

The immediate cancellation of the subscribed plan, and

A full refund of the amount paid.
