We AutoDS loyal members have greatly appreciated our business relationship with AutoDS and Suppliers. However, we would like to address a recurring issue that has been causing some inconvenience and frustrations for our members/buyers and would like to collaborate on finding a constructive solution.
Our members have reported consistent order cancellations without prior notice from Suppliers. This practice has, understandably, caused frustration and disruption in our operations. We believe that a key aspect of maintaining a successful business partnership is effective communication and transparency between both parties.
To ensure a more harmonious and efficient working relationship, we kindly request the following improvements:
1. Timely Notification: We request that Supplier companies commit to informing AutoDS and AutoDS members within 3 business days after a product is ordered if the product is out of stock or unavailable for shipping. This will help us manage our customers' expectations and provide them with a more seamless experience that results in customer loyalty.
2. Message Alerting System: To facilitate this, we propose the development of a message alerting system that can automatically trigger notifications if a supplier does not respond within a reasonably stipulated time frame. This system would allow us to promptly explore alternative solutions, preventing any unnecessary inconveniences to our members and their clients.
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, causing delays or product unavailability. However, proactive communication is a key element of professionalism and good business etiquette. By implementing these changes, we can strengthen our partnership and ensure that both parties are better equipped to handle such situations.
We are open to discussing these suggestions further and would appreciate members’ feedback and input on how we can best implement these changes for the benefit of all parties involved. Our goal is to create a more transparent and efficient system that benefits AutoDS, AutoDS members and the Supplier companies.
