EBay - Avoid Insertion fees

- The item in draft has a category (ex. Forklifts & Telehandlers)
- During import on eBay, the system automaticaly select the first suggested category told by ebay (ex for Forklifts & Telehandlers ebay Suggest: "Business & Industrial > Heavy Equipment, Parts & Attachments > Heavy Equipment > Forklifts & Telehandlers")
- On eBay some cateogories aren't free.
Would be really good for bulk import without any attention on category of 1000 items imported in bulk, if autods would flag before import if eBay suggest one of the categories that charge some fees.
