Delayed Order Status Updates and Manual Follow-Up Issues

Some orders remain under “automation” status for several days, and only when followed up is the issue identified and the system updated, causing a delay of 3-4 days. For instance, if an order is canceled by AliExpress, it is not reflected in the system unless I manually ask for a status update.
