Cancellation and Refund

Hi AutoDS, Recently, customer ordered 2 of the same item but once received they decided to keep 1 item and return the 2nd one due to non-compatibility. We ran into an issue here because AutoDS does not have the functionality or the capability to cancel 1 of the 2. We were asked to cancel both and refund which wasn't a proper resolution. Could the development team look into this functionality please? Appreciate it. Regards, New Defender Mods
