I’m writing regarding my ecommerce Shopify store, as I’ve noticed an unexpected and unauthorised charge of nearly $400 taken from my account.
From what I can see, this charge appears to be linked to the dropshipping company/platform you use. However, I was not made aware of this charge beforehand, did not approve it, and do not understand why this amount has been billed to me.
At this stage, I am very concerned as this charge was unexpected and feels fraudulent, given there was no prior consent or clear explanation provided. I urgently need clarification on:
Why this charge was applied
What service or subscription it relates to
Why I was not informed in advance
How this can be refunded as soon as possible
I would appreciate your immediate assistance in resolving this matter and organising a refund. Please let me know the next steps as soon as possible.

Hola, necesito el reembolso del dinero sobre el cargo que yo no autoricè, el cargo fue por un valor de 365 dolares, por favor reembolsar ya que yo no lo he autorizado en ningun momento.
En esta etapa, estoy muy preocupado ya que este cargo fue inesperado y se siente fraudulento, dado que no hubo consentimiento previo o una explicación clara proporcionada. Necesito urgentemente aclaración sobre:
