I’m writing regarding my ecommerce Shopify store, as I’ve noticed an unexpected and unauthorised charge of nearly $400 taken from my account.
From what I can see, this charge appears to be linked to the dropshipping company/platform you use. However, I was not made aware of this charge beforehand, did not approve it, and do not understand why this amount has been billed to me.
At this stage, I am very concerned as this charge was unexpected and feels fraudulent, given there was no prior consent or clear explanation provided. I urgently need clarification on:
Why this charge was applied
What service or subscription it relates to
Why I was not informed in advance
How this can be refunded as soon as possible
