Accounts easily as separate accounts with their unique settings. And show listings separate from other countries. It is impossible to trade now in 3 or more different countries with the same ebay account... It is too confusing to change settings...

On AutoDS V2 it's possible to add the same store multiple times - one time for each market, this way you have everything split :)
