Hello,
I recently noticed a charge from AUTO DS on my bank account, but I never authorized any payment or subscription with your company. I did not give my consent for this charge.
I kindly request a full refund of the amount taken. Please note that I have been trying to cancel and stop this issue for some time, but I was unable to do so.
This payment was not authorized by me, and I expect it to be refunded as soon as possible.

Hace poco noté un cargo de AUTO DS en mi tarjeta de credito sobre un cargo que no autoricè, por favor reembolzar el dinero tomado por esa subscripcion.
Solicito amablemente un reembolso completo del importe cobrado. Tenga en cuenta que he intentado cancelar y solucionar este problema durante un tiempo, pero no he podido hacerlo.
Este pago no fue autorizado por mí y espero que me lo reembolsen lo antes posible.
