I was recently charged €32 ($36,80) for a subscription I forgot to cancel.I didn't intend to renew the plan and I have never used any features of autoDS since signing up
Could you please cancel the subscription and issue a refund for this payment ?

I recently noticed a charge of $55 from AutoDS on my account, and I would like to better understand what this charge is for, as I did not intend to activate or continue with a paid subscription at this time.

• Clarify the reason for this charge
• Assist me with a refund if possible
• Confirm that there are no active subscriptions on my account to avoid any future charges
