Refund subscription money

Hello,

I recently noticed two pending charges on my bank account from AutoDS. I subscribed by mistake while trying to learn how the platform works, and I have not used the service.

I have already cancelled my subscription and would like to request a refund for the charges. The payments are still pending on my account.

Please assist me with cancelling the charges and confirming that my subscription will not renew.
