I recently saw a charge about my membership to Auto Ds being renewed but I didn't want to and I would like to se if I can get a refund.

please don't ignore my request. yesterday I requested to get refund as
I have chosen this program to try it for one month for 0.99$ and then I will decide but you have taken the whole amount from my bank before end the month, therefore I would like to cancel this subscription now and give me the refund please.
