Option to set Shipping and Return policies for Non API from within AutoDS

Right now the Non-API version automatically uses Dynamic Policies. I've been told it's because the Non-API version can't pull the business policies from eBay. The problem with this is that shipping times are unpredictable.
It would be best to leave the shipping times at what we decide works best for us, rather than try to predict what the shipping time will be based on the supplier. Also, the Dynamic return policy defaults to "buyer pays return". This is an issue with suppliers, (like Walmart), that do not accept return packages unless they have the return label that the supplier provided attached. Instead the supplier, (Walmart), keeps the return package but will not issue the refund. eBay then forces the seller, (us), to issue the buyer a refund on eBay. Which means we lose the full purchase price of the returned item. The way to fix both of these issues is to allow us to set the Shipping and Return policies from within AutoDS. I understand this may not be possible. Another, less complicated fix would be to simply not change the shipping and return policies when listings are updated. Then we could set the policies, on eBay, one time, after the initial listing is uploaded. The way it is now, the system changes the shipping and return policies every time the price or stock changes and then we have to go in and edit the policies for all updated listings everyday to insure they are correct. This is problem for two reasons, one it's time consuming and two some listings may slip through and result in a sale before we have time to fix all the policies at the end or beginning of the day. This has already led to loss of profit for me and I'm sure others as well. I have been forced to set the quantity of all my listings in my Walmart store to "0" as I do not want to risk losing hundreds of dollars from one return. Please fix this immediately. If it is not fixed soon, I may be forced to look into other listing management tools. I've been a customer for years and would hate to do that but if I'm not making sales, I can't keep paying for your service.
Thank you.
