Issue with subscription payment 11.01.2026

Dear AutoDS Support Team,
I hope you are doing well.
I am writing to kindly request a review of a recent subscription payment on my AutoDS account. I was charged $368.70 USD on 11 January 2026 via PayPal (Merchant: AutoDS LTD), and I would like to ask if a refund is possible in my case.
This amount was significantly higher than the pricing displayed on your website at the time, and the charge was not intentional. I did not actively use the service during this period, and I cancelled my subscription and deleted my account shortly after noticing the payment. I fully understand your terms and conditions, and I would truly appreciate your consideration as a goodwill gesture.
Please let me know if you need any additional information from me, such as the invoice number, PayPal transaction details, or my former account email. I am happy to provide anything required.
