Hi,

I'm having trouble importing a product to my eBay store via AutoDS. My eBay account is active and I already have a few active listings, but when I try to import a product I get the following error:

"You are trying to add variations to a single product or the variation specifics need to match. Learn more about the workarounds here."

I've already tried:

Removing the product and adding it again from the supplier link (making sure no variation is selected before copying the link)

Using the "List as Single Item" option

Checking my eBay selling limits (they are not exceeded)

The problem still persists. Could you please help me resolve this issue?

My eBay store is connected via API (or MIP – please specify which one you use).
