Add Shipping Fees by Item Weight Per Supplier

I think a great feature would be to add shipping fees based on item specifications, such as item weight, so that if I am uploading an item from Walmart onto eBay for example, I can add a fixed $20 shipping fee to include in the item price to cover any heavy item shipping costs.
