Add more profit calculations on the Order details page.

I know the last update now includes FVF's but does it also include Add fees? I'd also love the ability to add extra profit items to the total profit calculations. For instance I get an extra 5% on EVERY Walmart order from Cash Back Sites like HoolpaDoopla. I also get an extra 7% on top of that because I pay using Gift cards and I buy in bulk so Card Cookie gives me 7% or more durting holidays. I never seen anyone calculate all these items into the final profit so that would be awesome to see one day. Of course, they could default to 0 for people who don't use it. :
