I am writing this post to share my recent disconcerting experience with AutoDS, in the hope that potential users are aware of the issues I faced and that AutoDS rectifies these problems promptly.
1. Unexplained and Unauthorized Charges:
I initially subscribed to the Advanced 800 plan on July 8, 2023, with a yearly payment of $409.7 (Transaction ID: 691210000). However, on October 25, 2023, I was baffled to find two unexpected transactions of $1127.9 (Transaction ID: 749186900) and $85.1 (Transaction ID: 749176190) charged to my account without any prior notification or consent. My bank even informed me that further attempts to charge my account were made, but were unsuccessful due to insufficient funds.
2. Incomplete and Inaccurate Refund:
Upon contacting customer support, I was assured a refund. However, the amount refunded not only had a 15% deduction but also did not account for the remaining balance of my initial yearly subscription, which was arbitrarily changed to a monthly plan. This left me with a deficit of $355.09 from last transactions in 25 oct.
3. Security Concerns and Blame Shifting:
To add to the distress, AutoDS's responses insinuated that the changes were made from my end, which I vehemently deny. The inability to remove my card from their system and unauthorized transactions raise serious security concerns. The responses from AutoDS were generic and lacked empathy or urgency in addressing a potential security breach.
4. A Plea for Accountability and Transparency:
I am deeply saddened by this situation. As a customer, I expected transparency, respect, and prompt resolution to my concerns. Unfortunately, my experience has been quite the opposite. I urge AutoDS to investigate this matter thoroughly, rectify the discrepancies, and ensure that such incidents do not recur.
It is my hope that by sharing my experience, others can be vigilant and that AutoDS takes immediate steps to address these issues.
