Non-API for Etsy as selling channel

I would like to have the option to connect to Etsy with a Non-API connection for the following reasons:
To not trigger the ban system from Etsy.
To be able to edit the listing through the Etsy platform, including manual photos upload. Photos must be 2000x2000 for best exposure in Etsy.
Sometimes Etsy charges another $20 for listing edit. So it's better uploading the product when it's done

1. You can still update from Etsy, the system will not override your changes, only price and stock, and this is also something that you can disable on the system
2. Non-API isn't relevant to Etsy, there is no problem with API usage, it exists for people to use it..
