Can't add amazon

I am trying to add amazon as my 1 shop. I removed my Shopify shop but now I can't add amazon and it keeps referring back to the Shopify account I have. How do I add only amazon? Thanks!

Same thing is happening with me I can add any store except my WIX store. I also tried to upgrade my plan but does'nt work
