I would like to request consideration for adding BigCommerce as a supported selling channel, specifically for order tracking number synchronization.
BigCommerce is widely used by independent brands and high-SKU stores that rely on external carriers or third-party fulfillment solutions. At scale, manually updating tracking numbers for shipped orders becomes inefficient and increases the risk of customer confusion and support tickets.
Supporting automated tracking updates (carrier + tracking number) for BigCommerce orders would significantly improve operational efficiency and align BigCommerce with other major platforms already supported.
This request is focused on tracking synchronization only, not full store automation.
I believe many BigCommerce sellers would benefit from this functionality and would be interested in using AutoDS if such support becomes available.
