Add eBay Bulk Savings Support

Since Bulk Savings is a way to offer a discount for more purchases, please consider supporting this feature in eBay. My understanding is that if I enable this feature, then in would throw and error in your system and this particular listing would not be supported through your tool. If this is incorrect information, please let me know that too and how it would work.

I also think bulk savings should be implemented into autods instead of variations for example. Just as an easy way to make more sales and help customers with cheap pricing. Sellers make more sales customers get discounts for buying more then one and everyone wins.
