Manual replacement of product sourcing without using "request sourcing" button

I want to replace the sourcing of a product manually without using the "request sourcing" AI button.
I already have a replacement product source and want to replace it with that product.
Sometimes, Auto DS doesn't have the product you need via the "request sourcing" AI button, and we need to find products ourselves.
This can be a big problem for larger stores with many products.
If Auto DS doesn't have the sourcing, you have to redo the whole listing on your storefront, pictures, description, and refund customers when you can't replace the product sourcing yourself.
