Issue with importing different variants in 1 product

Hi. I am using AutoDs for a couple of months but I face one issue mostly and is that I can't import different variants of the same product from different supplier to have them all in just that 1 product and I receive all different errors and just randomly some of them can be added to product but it barely happens easily, can you tell me please how can I fix this problem?
