Default Item Country: add Vietnam Location

Please help us to add our country Vietnam to autods, so we can list my item on Vietnam Location on Ebay.

eBay accounts in Pakistan, Sri Lanka, and Vietnam also face the same issue. eBay no longer allows listings with different item locations. For example, if your eBay account is registered in Pakistan, you can only list items with the item location set as Pakistan. Including a full country list under 'item location' in drafts section, would help resolve this issue.
