Child Variants Not Showing on Amazon Despite Parent Product Active

Here is an example of what I would like to do. I have found an item on AliExpress that I would like to sell on Amazon. This webpage from AliExpress has 3 different variants. I have found these three different variants on Amazon (you can tell this by the three different ASIN I have listed below). My issue is when I try to add each line item as a different product on AutoDS it errors out tells me that I can not use the URL twice. How can I go about getting all three line items listed below to populate on AutoDS so that way it can push it to Amazon????
