hi, when using non api version , the non api work only with dynamic policies, the main issue with that , that always when adding new items , and for current items, it set on the return policy as buyer need to pay on the return, instead of the seller this caused a lot of buyer to not buying the item since they want to buy only items with free returns , also this is cause hide in the search results of ebay when buyer use ebay filter to show him only free returns items, so this is a big issue and hope can please solve this, need to change the seller to be paid for return instead of the buyer, thank you
