Product import and untracked product section

I'm doing dropshipping on eBay. I use Amazon as my supplier. I add the product to the drafts section on Amazon, edit it, and then import it. It says the import was successful, but I can't see the product details in the products section. I can upload the product manually to my eBay store without any problems. However, when I try to connect the products from my eBay store to AutoDS, I can't find the "untracked items" section. It's completely missing. How can I solve this problem?
