Currently, products with multiple color and size options get split into individual variants for each color-size combination. This can result in a large number of variants (e.g., 26 colors × 5 sizes = 130 variants). It would be immensely helpful to have a feature that allows us to split a product by color only, while still including all sizes under each color.
For example, if a product has 26 colors, each available in 5 sizes, the end result would be 26 variants total—one for each color—each containing the five size options. This ensures a cleaner, more organized storefront without losing the size options under each color.
Why this is important:
- Reduces the clutter of having too many separate variants in the store.
- Improves user experience by grouping all sizes under the same color.
- Maintains flexibility for different size options without inflating the total variant count.
Thank you for considering this feature request! If implemented, it would greatly improve workflow efficiency and product organization.
