In my monitoring configuration, the setting is “Prime first and prime only”, which instructs AutoDS to prioritize Prime-eligible sellers with at least 80% positive feedback and 500+ ratings from the first page of Amazon’s Buy Box supplier list.
However, when a product is “Ships from Amazon.com & Sold by Amazon.com”, AutoDS places it on hold (e.g., Variants on hold 1 (100%) Not selling platform seller). This happens because Amazon.com itself does not display a seller rating like third-party sellers do, so the system interprets it as having 0 feedback, causing the variant to be excluded.
Since Amazon.com is the most trusted and reliable Prime seller, I kindly request that you add an exception rule — allowing AutoDS to recognize “Amazon.com” as a valid Prime seller even if it has 0 rating.
This adjustment will help prevent Prime-eligible listings sold and shipped by Amazon.com from being wrongly put on hold, ensuring smoother product monitoring and consistent availability.
Thank you for considering this improvement.
