Using credit card for auto fullfilment service

Hello, the PayPal fees to load the balance for auto order are way too high. Its not even worth anymore to use this feature. When I have 10% profit per sale and I have to pay 4% more to buy the product on my suppliers site I make 40% less profit just for this one feature. Thats not okay or worth in any kind of way! Please add the option to load the balance with a credit card with 0% fees so we can use the auto fulfillment service.

Goto the roadmap and click on Orders, and then search for Automation. You might find what I said on there! If not, maybe you can type my first name in the details I am not sure. Thanks.

5% Fee is ridiculous since we already pay for Auto Order Credits and to use the software. also, Payoneer is so difficult to use and their customer service is terrible! They take so long to reply. the issue im having is loading USD to my payoneer acount so that i can load my managed orders balance for 3% vs 5% to use my debit card. I think maximum we should pay is 1% to use managed orders. Although I understand why they even charge. They are using their own buyer accounts to make the purchases for us so that we dont use ours. but when we are dropshipping from amazon without using prime, items under $25 have a $7 delivery charge. As a dropshipper we want to avoid paying that much shipping to stay competitive with pricing so in these cases its probably better to use managed orders feature. Or just dropship items over $25 if using a non prime amazon account but, then we are just missing out on good products under $25. Still, Autods should know better that ebay dropshipping margins aren't so high to begin with.

FYI there is a bug on this that if you dont have the funds on your credit card and request to pay, it blocks that card forever, you can never use it, super crazy, my response from tech was, sorry thats our payment providers security, i think that's 100% untrue

I suggest giving an option to link bank accounts if there is no way to avoid credit card fees. The 5 percent is killing profits for people.

The 5% fee to load your balance is absolutely crazy. There should be no fee to load your balance up, if i'm already paying you for auto order credits. You're double dipping, which is just toxic. If you load using a credit card, you should only have to pay whatever you're loading up your balance by. Paypal, i get. Put the fees. But credit card? Come on... :/

Paypal and Payoneer are not allowed to collect payments on Ebay, so, why AutoDS is using this high fee financial services, when can use a debit card, without the fees for the same purpose? Please switch to debit card to avoid fees for the sellers community. Thanks

Please get down and finish the autods fulfillment FBA for the UK, it has been over 2 years and we're still paying and waiting!

Its a trading function that sellers need!

Hello with respect, if you are going to increase the price of auto order credits please introduce the option of loading balance with no percentage of a fee. Also if you are increasing the price of auto credits please make the Fulfilled by auto ds service better, every now and then the FBA service undergoes maintenance and delays. Claim it is scaling up but the maintenance still arises

This ability would be really beneficial because profit margins are already thin, so gaining the additional 3-4% that PayPal & Payoneer takes would be fantastic.

I agree. Payoneer has proven to be a massive headache along with paying a percentage to simply move money plus purchasing credits to use Autopay

Need this feature....Many of the country like INDIA don't have PP and payoneer Wallet, thats why they cant load balance for Fulfillment service. ( Need a Credit Card Payment Method ).
