Hello,
I need your assistance with my Etsy store integration.
My products were imported from AliExpress via AutoDS and are correctly listed on Etsy. However, I noticed that Etsy automatically assigned its own SKU when publishing the listings. To fix this, I manually updated the SKU on Etsy so that it now matches the Buy ID from AutoDS/AliExpress.
I then placed a new paid test order on Etsy using the corrected SKU (which now perfectly matches the AutoDS Buy ID). Despite this, the order still does not appear in my AutoDS “Orders” dashboard.
I have already:
• Verified that the product is active in AutoDS.
• Confirmed that the Etsy SKU now matches the Buy ID in AutoDS.
• Enabled “Automatic Orders” in the settings.
• Tried refreshing and renewing the token.
Could you please check why my Etsy orders are not syncing with AutoDS and advise me on how to resolve this issue?
