I’m Bryan from MarketZone (Shopify). Two test orders processed via Fulfilled by AutoDS have tracking numbers that show no movement for over 5 days on 17TRACK and remain “No information available” in Shopify.
Affected trackings:
AP00752747176570 — t.17track.net/en#nums=AP00752747176570
AP00752747506199 — t.17track.net/en#nums=AP00752747506199
What I already tried:
Re-synced/updated tracking in AutoDS.
Checked on 17TRACK and attempted manual carrier selection.
Please:
Confirm with the supplier that the parcels were dispatched and the correct carrier/format.
If these are pre-alert numbers, replace/convert to operational tracking and re-upload to Shopify.
Provide an ETA for the first scan and delivery.
