I'm currently selling on Wish.com and utilizing AutoDS Fulfillment for order fulfillment on the platform. However, a recent issue has arisen since April 1, 2024: all tracking numbers are being converted to aquiline format. Unfortunately, Wish.com doesn't support aquiline tracking, leading to a significant impact on the health of my seller account. Failure to upload tracking information promptly results in order cancellations, causing financial losses.
To address this challenge, I've initiated communication through AutoDS by creating tickets from the order page to request tracking details once orders are shipped. Regrettably, the response time for these tickets over the past three weeks has been delayed, sometimes taking 2-3 days or more.
Wish.com requires tracking to be uploaded within a 5-day window, or else refunds are automatically issued. Due to the delayed responses from AutoDS, I struggle to upload tracking details within this timeframe, resulting in auto-refunds.
To resolve this issue, I propose the following solutions:
1.Convert TBA tracking to Bluscare tracking, as Bluscare tracking is compatible with Wish.com.
or
2. Refrain from converting all tracks to aquiline. Only convert TBA tracks, leaving USPS, UPS, and FedEx tracks unchanged.
or
3. if all tracks are converted to aquiline tracking. then give the Amazon screenshot This would allow me to manually copy the USPS, UPS, and FedEx tracking information.
or
automatically send me the TBA, USPS, UPS, and FedEx tracking within 24 hrs once it shipped.
or
at the very least, respond to tracking detail requests tickets within 24 hours.
Furthermore, the aquiline tracking isn't synchronizing seamlessly with other tracking systems. While it does transition to a "shipped" status, live tracking updates aren't available. Even after the shipment is delivered, it only shows the shipped status.
