Price difference

Hello,

I’ve attached a screenshot from the supplier (Amazon) showing that the discounted item has a $3.59 discount. The item without the discount is priced at $35.89. However, I was charged a total of $43.42 through AutoDS.

The order details are as follows: Payment towards Amazon order (197549307314-10079415818207).

Could you please clarify the breakdown of this charge so I can understand what I’m being billed for?

I was just informed by customer service that they do not pull the sale price for our listings and when AutoDS purchases it they purchase at the regular price. Had them send me a transcript of the chat. NOT RIGHT we could have a better price point and make the sell, and then get more profit. I like the concept of this software, but it seems that they have a ton of issues. I just posted about this here, suggested by chat. Is this page even maned by anyone at AutoDS or is this where the send us when they can not help us? 2 weeks in and already have 2 tickets......
