Please fix orders in "Ordered" status are canceled without prior notice thus late shipment defect

Hello
I have had this issue many times that the orders that were sent to Auto Order service and then it was overdue in "Ordered" status but I did not get any notification about it. Then when I created a ticket I found out that they were canceled without prior notice.
Because of those kind of late shipment issues I lost my Top Rated Seller status on ebay.
Please find a solution for those situations.
