Orders page not loading

The orders page isn't loading. I have tried logging in & out of the account. Furthermore, I even tried using a different browser and still the issue persists. I have placed a sample order and it's annoying that I can't even see the status of it. It's so bizarre that you guys are taking money but not providing the service expected.
