Option to send a message to buyer (not as a reply to his previous message)

In V1 there was option to send the buyer a message before he sent me.

In this version (V2) you only have the option to reply to existing message.

Please add an option to send a message to a buyer even if he didn't send first.
I don't know what so superior about this V2, as far as i'm concerned V1 had way better user experience and interface.
