Option to cancel order while in order status

The ability to cancel orders while in ordered status. A customer often time will ask for order to be cancelled two hours after purchase and after fulfilled by autds service has processed the order. We want to have the ability to cancel the order before it gets shipped out rather than telling the customer just wait until you get your order and refuse delivery. Customers will be very upset and won't trust us.
