Hi AutoDS Support Team,
I hope you're doing well.
I’m experiencing an issue where my products are showing as “Sold Out” in my Shopify store, even though they appear to be in stock on AutoDS.
I’m not sure what’s causing the problem, and I would really appreciate your help in resolving this as soon as possible.
Could you please look into this and let me know what I need to do to fix it?

I found out that if you are using products from Auto DS marketplace, you should only have the default address from the AutoDS App that you installed in Shopify, instead of having a shipping location from US and China warehouse. I had the same issue, the most common answer was that I had to manually add the products that come from the US supplier and add it to the corresponding location/shipping fulfillment address, but I did that and the same situation happened. It was not until I removed those shipping addresses and used the one from the App as a general fulfillment address that it worked.
