I am a fairly new Shopify Store/autods user. My 1st few orders I was able to process the sales manually. Now I have one that I can't change the status from "ordered" to "shipped", which means it initiate the status change in Store to "fulfilled". I am now being told I need to pay a monthly fee to have my sales automated. This is BS as I don't want to pay a fee and other sales worked on manual process. I am still trying to get AUTODS to research and fix (or tell me how to fix) the status update. I should not be forced to pay additional fee to make an app work correctly.

They definitely need to take note of this because their fees on top of fees is really annoying Me. We could use a supplier aggregator in our store AND who has more suppliers AND automation AS WELL for a cheaper plan
