Hello, I need help with a Shopify order that is not appearing in AutoDS

have my Shopify store connected to AutoDS, but my first order is still not showing up in the AutoDS Orders section.
The Shopify order is Order #1001 and it has already been paid, but it remains Unfulfilled in Shopify.
The product is “6Cup Cast Aluminum Stovetop Coffeemaker.”
I have already checked the AutoDS Orders page, renewed the store token, and resynced the store, but the order still does not appear.
Could you please check why this order is not being imported into AutoDS and tell me what I need to do to fulfill it?
