I am new to AutoDS and truly enjoy the system. The platform is excellent, and the support team has been very helpful—especially Hannah Mae. She deserves more than 10 stars for her patience, knowledge, and eagerness to teach. She has been an outstanding representative and a pleasure to work with.

I do, however, have one suggestion for improvement. It would be extremely helpful if variations of the same color in different sizes could be counted as a single variation, rather than each size being considered separately. This would make the shopping experience smoother for buyers, since it can be frustrating for them to find a product they like only to discover that their size is unavailable.

I want to emphasize that I’m not looking to leave AutoDS, but if I ever had to, this could be a deciding factor—especially since I’ve come from a supplier that allows unlimited variations. I believe addressing this would greatly benefit both new and existing sellers.
