Regarding your automation system not being able to fulfill orders with "custom information" address, I just found out that Amazon, SheIn, Aliexpress, Alibaba, etc, have all updated their system so they can cover Saudi Arabia. Please note that the essential reason for my subscription in your platform was FBA. But since my main target is Saudi Arabia, all my fees are being paid for nothing. Therefore, I wanna know WHETHER or NOT your platform has any serious intention or plans to keep up with these changes and updates the automation system accordingly in the near future.
