FBA chat support

Hi, we need faster response time for issues with FBA orders. Live chat agents should be able to investigate issues with FBA orders directly and not tell us to submit a ticket for the FBA team. It is completely unacceptable to wait 24hrs for answers to questions like "has this item shipped yet?" when orders are delayed.

I 100% agree. It would be nice if the live chat link/button worked half the time. 24 hours for a ticket turn around is absolutely insane with the amount of orders that go on a daily basis. Hire more workers, or heck even allow some volunteers be customer service people. Outsource the workload if you can't do it yourselves, but please don't outsource to people who "escalate the ticket" and you still have to wait. Make sure to outsource to competent people.
