FBA Chat 24/7 Resolution center (Tracking Number, Returns Etc)

In the most cases we need faster response for simple questions like Tracking number, Returns, cancellations refunds Etc, The cliente needs immediate responses for request like that.

Opening a tickets and wait 24 hours to get response is not the way to work customer service in United Estates
