Whenever an order is placed, the Amazon order screenshot should be immediately available on the order page for each order. Currently, AutoDS uploads the QTrack tracking number to eBay only after the Amazon screenshot becomes available.

If the screenshot is missing while the order remains in the Ordered status, AutoDS incorrectly marks the order as Shipped on eBay without uploading tracking. This directly impacts my seller metrics, specifically “Tracking uploaded late” and “Late shipment rate.”

As a result, I have lost my Top Rated Seller badge at a critical time when I am actively working to increase my selling limits. These metric issues continue to grow day by day due to this problem.

I have already reported this issue to AutoDS Support multiple times, but it has still not been resolved.

To prevent further damage to seller performance, the system should ensure that as soon as an order is in the Ordered status, the Amazon screenshot is generated and available instantly. This will allow AutoDS to upload the QTrack tracking to eBay on time and avoid negative impacts on “Tracking uploaded late” and “Late shipment rate.”
