Your site states "Canceled - The buyer asked to cancel the order, or you wish to cancel it - changing to this status will also cancel the order on the selling site." If so, I assume it also issues a full refund. If so, please disconnect and change back to the V1 procedure. Autods has too many reasons that do not match eBay's total of three. I would prefer to enter my own and let this be for my information only. We can easily cancel the order and issue a refund on eBay ourselves. Also, there is no way to zero everything out so it shows no profit. Thank you,

It's way more comfortable to cancel directly through eBay and then just to change the status to canceled in the monitor.
